Different venue much different experience
This was not our first PBR we have attended but it was the first that left us disappointed. The issues with the venue were as follows: seating was not at all comfortable, seats were VERY close together, so close all the adults in our group were squished together and very uncomfortable. $76 for 8 16oz sodas with little to no ice and a generic venue (not show event) cup. $20 for 2 boxes of popcorn. Then the show itself just lacked a lot of flair from our previous experiences, at some points it really seemed as if the announcers and emcee were just kinda going through the motions or struggling to find a energetic groove. The bulls and Cowboys did their jobs but we have been to other shows where the whole event was adrenaline packed and nonstop action, lights, pyrotechnics, huge energy ect. We tried to give credit to maybe it was because this was the second night of two or disgruntled moods to the location or area of the country (Chicago-land area). We will without a doubt give the PBR another shot at a different location for sure! Just disappointed after $60 tickets, 3 hours travel one way, $200+ hotel room, $160 dinner, and the $96 spent on sodas and popcorn.
